"Businesswoman" started to implement a new project based on the tasks specified in the Development Strategy of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026 of the Association of Business Women of Uzbekistan.
This project is implemented in cooperation with the German Fund for International Cooperation.
The main goal of the project is to increase the financial literacy of women and girls employed in agriculture, to provide information about the secrets of managing financial resources, using information and financial resources.
Within the framework of the project, seminars and trainings will be held in Tashkent, Jizzakh, Samarkand regions and Karakalpakstan for women and girls working in agriculture or interested in this direction.
The next seminar was successfully held in Samarkand region.
Within the framework of the project, two trainers with a special certificate will conduct practical training on "Micro Business Lessons" for 3 days to improve financial literacy for 20 women working in the agricultural sector or who want to start their own business on their own farm.
In addition to marketing knowledge, the participants of the seminar will have necessary information such as understanding market dynamics and competition, understanding the basic principles of accounting and control, cooperation between microfinance organizations and clients, and effective use of credit.
In order to strengthen the knowledge of women and girls, there will also be trainings on entrepreneurial thinking during specially prepared simulation games.
Actively participating in the seminar, our women who have the necessary knowledge will have the opportunity to get preferential loans, start their family businesses, and develop their existing businesses.
The trainings were conducted by experienced experts Mavluda Amanova and Dilfuza Abdugaffarova.
